Updated the files to the final version of RoboHead (spoiler: it talks now!) This is the version that I submitted as my final in the PAT class I took this semester, albeit with a few aesthetic changes. It took some Googling and screwing around but I think I finally figured out how to build executables from Max and Processing, which is what I used to create this.
